Missions et responsabilitésEn tant que Global Process Owner, vous rejoignez l'équipe Equity, Fixed Income & Commodities de GMO (Global Markets Operations) pour superviser la stratégie globale, la conception, les politiques et la transformation des processus liés au settlement.
Vos missions incluent :
- La définition et la validation de la conception cible du processus et des bonnes pratiques en liaison avec les parties prenantes dans toutes les lignes métiers.
- La définition et la mise en place d'indicateurs fiables et pertinents qui permettront de piloter la performance et les risques des différents processus.
Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international, au sein d'une communauté d'experts qui place l'excellence, l'impact et l'action collective au cœur de tout ce qu'elle entreprend.
Profils et compétences requisesA propos de vous :
Si vous avez une expérience significative dans l'évaluation des processus et la gestion de projets, et que vous maîtrisez les processus et outils relatifs à Global Markets Operations (Summit, Sophis, Murex et/ou Calypso), les enjeux liés aux Settlement Titres et Cash, et les différents instruments financiers et les différents moyens de paiements pratiqués pour les activités de marchés de capitaux, nous vous invitons à postuler.
Vous devez également avoir un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, être organisé et proactif, et maîtriser l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
