Missions
Le postdoctorant travaillera dans l'équipe de Beatrice Rondinelli, partie de l'Unité Intégrité du Génome et Cancers (UMR 9019, /en/chromatin-function-dna-repair) à l'Institut Gustave Roussy, situé juste à l'extérieur du centre ville de Paris.
Compétences
Le candidat doit être titulaire d'un doctorat en biologie et posséder une solide expérience en biologie cellulaire et moléculaire. Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'organisation de la chromatine et/ou de la réponse aux dommages de l'ADN serait idéale. Le candidat doit maîtriser l'anglais.
Contexte de travail
L'unité d'accueil Intégrité du génome et cancers bénéficie d'un environnement stimulant et d'équipements dédiés à la recherche dans les domaines de la réparation et de la réplication de l'ADN. L'Institut Gustave Roussy, premier centre de cancérologie en Europe, est le premier hôpital d'oncologie en dehors des États-Unis et se concentre sur l'étude de la biologie et du traitement du cancer.
Activités
Le projet consiste à étudier la contribution de la chromatine à la réparation des dommages de l'ADN dans les cellules humaines. Le postdoctorant travaillera en analysant des ensembles de données pharmacogénomiques et protéomiques disponibles pour identifier les enzymes liées à la chromatine qui régulent la sensibilité des cellules humaines aux dommages de l'ADN.
Compétences requises
Le candidat doit avoir une solide expérience en biologie cellulaire et moléculaire, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance de la biologie de la chromatine et de la réponse aux dommages de l'ADN. Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'organisation de la chromatine et/ou de la réponse aux dommages de l'ADN serait idéale.
Conditions de travail
Le poste est proposé pour un contrat de 12 mois renouvelable. Le financement initial est proposé pour un contrat de 12 mois.
