We are a fast-growing startup, My Rental Collection, specializing in the rental of luxury villas and bespoke concierge services for high-end clients. With a portfolio of stunning properties across Europe's most exclusive destinations, we provide our clientele with world-class service and unparalleled experiences.

As a dynamic and passionate sales professional, you will contribute to our ongoing success by assisting with day-to-day operations related to luxury villa bookings and concierge services.

  • Assist with managing deals from A to Z: from the first inquiry to closing bookings, ensuring an exceptional experience for high-end clients.
  • Confidently handle phone calls and inquiries from international clients, providing top-tier service in English.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members.
  • Manage a wide range of concierge requests—from arranging private jet charters and yacht rentals to booking Michelin-star restaurants and securing exclusive experiences.
  • Help create and maintain property listings on our website and across partner platforms.
  • Build partnerships and key relationships with luxury brands and service providers to enhance our client offerings.
  • Contribute to our digital marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects, including market research and business development.
