Job Title: Vice President Sales and Marketing Luxury Cruises

Accor, a world leader in hospitality, is seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to lead the sales and marketing efforts for its luxury cruises division, Silenseas Orient Express.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and brand leads to ensure robust commercial plans are in place.
  • Represent the portfolio at professional events to strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, nurturing relationships and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with experience in a leadership and senior role.
  • In-depth understanding of the travel agencies and tour operating world.
  • Familiarity with luxury travel and cruise segments.
  • Excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
