Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and staff, promoting fair decision-making and considering the overall impact on the CIP-India office.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for national staff, consultants, and interns, adhering to internal recruitment policies and donor guidelines.
- Provide specialized advice on people and culture to country levels, collaborating with the P&C Department – HQ, and offer support to managers and staff in resolving P&C issues.
