We are seeking a highly skilled Network Expert to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our Network Product Department, you will play a critical role in driving our One Network Program, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing user connectivity experience, mitigating cyber risks, and transforming our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design, engineer, deliver, and support sustainable, robust, and secured network solutions in close collaboration with Group Security, CTO, and One Network Program.
- Contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of our network products, managing advisory, selection, design, secure build, and integration.
- Facilitate communication and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors.
- Ensure Quality of Service (QOS) delivery and support of network solutions.
- Provide high expertise support on network products and services.
- Experience in driving large architecture, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
- Core activity: focus on Cisco ACI, switch fabric, and VMware NSX-T.
- Mastery of Infrastructure as Code with Python, TerraForm, and Ansible.
- Maintain a deep understanding of network technology and market practices with a very good/established level of expertise.
- Knowledge of network and cloud design patterns, security solutions, and IT infrastructure best practices.
- University degree (engineer profile) with experience in network domain in an international and matrix organization.
- Leadership skills, including results orientation, change leadership, adaptability, and the ability to drive collaborative behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, spoken, and written communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a global team.
- International profile with a proven ability to work effectively in an international environment and proficiency in English.
