Are you ready to influence the future of Amazon's consumer marketplace? We are in search of a Content Manager who will be responsible for designing, creating, and launching essential content to facilitate scalable growth.

In this capacity, you will enable Amazon's selling partners to enhance product availability, reduce costs, increase speed, and promote sustainability for our customers.

Your role will involve collaborating with various departments across Amazon's global operations to develop and manage innovative, scalable systems that bolster areas such as operational excellence, product selection, profitability, and overall growth.

You will lead initiatives to enhance content accessibility, relevance, engagement, self-service capabilities, and customer satisfaction rates. To accomplish this, you will need to integrate strategy, innovation, and technology in a fast-paced environment.

The Vendor Experience and Operations team facilitates high-volume engagement and communication.

We initiate programs, design processes, and create tools that empower vendors to autonomously manage and expand their business with Amazon.

We actively listen to vendor feedback and strive to continuously enhance their experience by simplifying interactions with Amazon.

We leverage technology to enable vendors to perform optimally and ensure that we collectively generate greater value for Amazon's customers.


As a Content Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating business cases for program alignment and overseeing the project proposal intake process
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on workflow prioritization and reporting on roadmap progress
  • Designing and implementing new automated workflows to facilitate scalable growth
  • Working cross-functionally across Amazon's global consumer operations
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and consistently improving existing workflows
  • Leading the preparation and execution of new workflow pilot programs
  • Establishing success criteria and assessing outcomes to inform expansion strategies
  • Monitoring performance and deriving actionable insights from extensive data sets
  • Providing recommendations to business stakeholders and driving transformative change
  • Preparing and conducting product roadshows to promote global tool adoption


The base salary for this position starts from EUR 1,600+ gross per month, with compensation contingent upon skills and qualifications.

Additional pay components may include a signing bonus and eligibility for participation in a restricted stock unit scheme managed independently by Inc. in the USA.

Company benefits are subject to specific terms, including annual membership in a medical clinic, life insurance, retirement pension, meal voucher card, and opportunities for career development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics
  • Experience in retail, strategy consulting, digital, or technology sectors
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen coupled with an understanding of technical implications
  • Meticulous attention to detail and sound business judgment
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to tackle complex, dynamic challenges
  • Demonstrated fluency in French and English communication skills (both spoken and written)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree with a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and demanding environments
  • Strong inclination for action, capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a lean work setting
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and across various functional groups
