Carrier, a leading provider of innovative building and cold chain solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Data Center Operations Strategist to lead our EMEA operations.

Located in France or Germany, this role will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across EMEA's rapid growth vertical of Data Centers. The successful candidate will develop and implement a structured approach for repeatable and consistent delivery, ensuring seamless transition from installation, warranty, and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in successfully delivering projects and delighting customers, with experience working with Data Center Customers through service or installation. Strong customer focus, responsiveness, and ability to travel across EMEA are essential qualities for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of €85,000 - €105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive compensation package.

The role will involve providing direction and coordination across EMEA operations to ensure first-class delivery to Data Center customers, supporting further and future growth. You will establish a strong infrastructure and network to meet key objectives in all markets, balancing time in local markets with teams and customers, and supporting the progress of key initiatives.
