Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager E-commerce to join our team in France. This role will be responsible for leading the development of trade marketing plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of trade marketing plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Understand market dynamics and consumer insights to inform trade marketing decisions
- Lead business planning meetings to build sales quotas and achieve annual plans
- Suggest and influence investment in category building blocks and execute excellence at point of sale
- Follow up on competition's commercial activity to detect business opportunities and potential threats
- Play a leadership role within multi-categories teams to lead and provide accurate channel point of sale information to find business opportunities
Requirements
- Category planning and delivering growth through category leadership
- Future-focused mindset with curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumers
- Developing and delivering plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
