Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team at Capgemini. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing Salesforce development staff, organizing and executing POD-based development and implementation of Salesforce projects, and acting as a Scrum Master for POD development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Salesforce development teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering application development projects, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Sr. Developer or technical lead on Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Experience, Sales, and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Experience with hands-on Salesforce development and implementation, with requisite technical Salesforce certifications.
