Job Title: Team Lead Data

Vestas Construction Quality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Data to join our team. As a key member of our Quality and Construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or Engineering field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or business improvement role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other quality management software.
