Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality and safety issues.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and report on quality and safety metrics to inform business decisions.
- Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality and safety best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or data science.
- 1-3 years of experience in a quality or business improvement role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in SAP.
