About the Role

iMSA is seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for managing the production and infrastructure networks of our partners, MSA agencies, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance of network and telecommunications solutions in operational condition.
  • Participate in technical operations or on-call duties outside of regular working hours.
  • Deploy new network solutions or infrastructure in an Agile context, collaborating with development teams.
  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support.
  • Develop and maintain technical procedures to facilitate maintenance and ensure continuity of service.
  • Monitor and measure operational environments.
  • Report on activities.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in computer science and at least 5 years of experience in managing production networks and telecommunications. You should have expertise in the following areas:

  • Mastering primary IP network protocols.
  • Familiarity with primary network management and security environments.
  • Management of VLAN switches, Wi-Fi, routing (OSPF, BGP), QoS, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, proxies, reverse proxies, VPN IPSec.
  • Expertise in CISCO Catalyst and Nexus, Aruba, Extreme Networks, Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5 (APM and LTM), Netskope, HID authentication.
