Network Infrastructure Manager
iMSA is seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management of network production operations and infrastructures for our partners, MSA agencies, and IMSA datacenters.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the operational maintenance of network and telecommunication solutions, including participating in technical operations or standby duties outside regular hours.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy new network solutions or infrastructures using Agile methodologies.
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to ensure seamless network operations.
- Develop and maintain technical procedures for maintenance, automate them to ensure service continuity and quality.
- Monitor operational environments and key performance metrics.
- Report on your activities and contribute to the improvement of network infrastructure.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing production network and telecommunication environments.
- Expertise in key protocols used in IP networks, including mastery of VLAN Switches, Wifi, Routing (OSPF, BGP), QoS, DNS/DHCP, Firewall, Proxies, Reverse Proxies, VPN IPSec, etc.
- Proficiency in managing CISCO Catalyst and Nexus, Aruba, Extreme Networks, Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5 (APM and LTM), Netskope, HID Authentication.
