About the Job

We are seeking a Product Implementation Expert to join our Solutions team at Brevo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the integration process with Brevo, emphasizing dedicated support to help clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, customize, and execute implementation plans with key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Work closely with the CSM team and Technical teams to optimize the implementation process.
  • Address technical questions from customers and provide accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Create compelling technical proposals that highlight the unique advantages and value proposition of our products.
  • Proactively test, troubleshoot, and monitor client setups during the implementation phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical sales, or Product management roles.
  • Strong technical background with a special focus on RESTful API and capability to exploit logs.
  • Fluent in French and Professional English.
