Commercial Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a Commercial Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacists and their teams
- Take orders and ensure timely delivery, manage customer relationships, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide expert advice to pharmacists on product sales, inventory management, and merchandising
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key commercial partners
- Identify and prioritize sales targets, optimize sales routes, and manage sales activities
- Organize, track, and record sales activities in our CRM system
- Develop a sector plan aligned with national objectives and analyze results against targets, implementing corrective or development actions as needed
- Propose improvements or create marketing tools to support business growth
- Collect, analyze, and share information with relevant departments, including pharmacovigilance
Requirements:
- Hold a higher education degree in commerce (e.g., BTS, ESC minimum)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Development Representative or equivalent role
- Excellent commercial skills and a strong desire for challenge
- Proven sales techniques and customer relationship management skills
- Rigorous and reactive, with a strong customer service ethos
Working Environment:
This role will cover the following sectors: 16 - 17P - 19P - 24P - 87.
