About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Representative to join our team at Groupe PAROT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options to customers.
  • Manage and follow up on leads to ensure timely sales conversions.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales targets and customer needs.
