About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Representative to join our team at Groupe PAROT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options to customers.
- Manage and follow up on leads to ensure timely sales conversions.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to provide expert advice to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales targets and customer needs.
