Your Mission:

As a Commercial Mission Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Department and support sales teams in developing business and managing client relationships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Personalized client follow-up
    • Manage client relationships via phone and email
    • Handle complaints and litigations in collaboration with the ADV and Recovery teams
    • Promote the My Sipartech enterprise portal to clients
    • Train clients on the My Sipartech enterprise portal
    • Manage routine client requests
    • Contribute to client satisfaction and measurement
  • Sales team support
    • Contribute to the quality of the client base in Salesforce (update accounts, group assignment, account creation, etc.)
    • Ensure client journey delegation from sales teams on orders and cancellations (dossier completion, order passage in the SI, treatment and follow-up of cancellation requests in the SI in collaboration with ADV, etc.)
    • Support sales teams on loyalty acts, quote creation, etc.
    • Administrative support for responses to Public Market Calls: elaboration of administrative parts (candidature, etc.), verification of documents and completeness of dossier before submission
    • Contribute to the visibility of the Commercial Attaché activity and communication of indicators (monthly and quarterly production of KPIs, update of CRM)

Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative functions and a strong sense of organization, rigor, and synthesis. You should have a good level of English, both spoken and written, and be able to work in a technical environment.

Remuneration:

Salary according to profile: 35/40 K + participation

Location:

Based in Boulogne Billancourt with possible travel to our Paris 9th office

2 days of remote work possible
