Join Sipartech's Team as a Commercial Mission Manager

Founded in 2008 by Julien Santina, CEO, Sipartech is a leading provider of neutral and independent infrastructure in Europe. As a major supplier of dark fiber and high-capacity connectivity services to data centers, operators, and businesses, Sipartech deploys, operates, and maintains a proprietary network of over 1,000 km of cables across Europe. Our 7 regional offices and UK subsidiary are connected 24/7/365 to a Paris-based operations center.

Driven by a permanent desire to push boundaries and anticipate technological shifts and client needs, our teams are dedicated to optimizing existing services and offering innovative solutions tailored to each client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial teams in developing business and managing client relationships
  • Manage client relationships through personalized follow-up, including phone and email communication
  • Handle client complaints and litigations in collaboration with the ADV and Recovery teams
  • Promote the My Sipartech enterprise portal to clients
  • Train clients on the My Sipartech portal
  • Manage routine client requests
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and measurement

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bac+2 degree in commerce or client relations
  • At least 4 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Dynamism, pragmatism, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize
