VINCI Concessions, a leading developer of mobility infrastructure, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee major investment projects throughout its highway network. As a key member of the team, you will bring technical expertise in highway construction and heavy maintenance projects to optimize cost and schedule.
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, contractual understanding, and interpersonal skills to lead international teams. If you have a passion for infrastructure development and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Lead international tender processes, providing technical and organizational inputs to optimize CAPEX costs.
- Support project companies in program management, making technical decisions, and addressing contractual issues with contractors.
- Collaborate with local teams to address technical issues with contractors, grantors, and lenders.
- Develop and implement reporting tools and technical monitoring tools dedicated to infrastructure.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of digital solutions (BIM, etc.) to enhance project management.
- Engineer degree with a minimum of 10 years of operational/technical experience in managing large construction and engineering projects.
- Excellent understanding of technical challenges, contractual, human, and organizational considerations.
- Ability to identify and solve key contractual and technical issues.
- Good knowledge of the construction market.
- Ability to work in an international, multidisciplinary, and multicultural context.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with Spanish or Portuguese being a strong asset.
