We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Advisor, Culture & DEI to join our Human Resources team at Airbus Canada Limited Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving cultural transformation and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive cultural transformation strategy to promote a culture of collaboration, trust, and respect.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and celebrates diversity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organizational development programs that promote employee engagement and well-being.
- Conduct organizational and team diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on cultural transformation and diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, cultural transformation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cultural transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
