Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager, this role aims to lead and drive logistics initiatives, particularly in the context of new projects, restructuring of current operations, or optimization tasks. You will support operational teams by offering methodologies, structure, and an external viewpoint.About Daher:

With a workforce spread across 15 countries, predominantly in Europe and North America, Daher crafts and develops value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial clientele.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze logistics flows and processes.
- Frame and initiate projects.
- Structure and lead project teams.
- Define and propose logistics solutions for implementation.
- Coordinate and manage interactions between various logistics partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Implement and update project management tools.
- Define, order, and accept necessary resources.
- Analyze and resolve issues.
- Participate in the development of procedures, training, reporting tools, and performance monitoring.
- Support operations in managing change, dimensioning activities, and drafting related technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct technological monitoring on emerging supply chain processes and techniques.
With a Bac+5 education in logistics (such as ISLI from KEDGE, engineering school, logistics master...), you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial logistics, service provision, or related fields. You are expected to be organized, self-sufficient, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Lean Management tools would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential.
This position is available on a permanent contract.
