This role involves optimizing and refining logistics processes. As a member of the European MRO Logistic Platform team, you will engage in after-sales service activities aimed at elevating customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will oversee discrepancies that impede the logistics flow of parts and expedite resolutions at each stage of the logistics process, collaborating with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze discrepancies in logistics.
- Conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Develop action plans with stakeholders to address root causes.
- Reduce the time taken to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in mapping initial checks at regional hubs and customer locations.
- Contribute to the financial handbook for cost mapping related to litigation.
- Lead efforts to standardize processes across customer and repair flows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for MRO parts.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years in logistics, after-sales services, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with aerospace material logistics and import/export processes.
- Innovative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
- Language Proficiency:
- English: Fluent or Confirmed
- French: Fluent
- IT Skills: Proficient in SAP, GSuite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This position may require security clearance or eligibility for clearance by relevant authorities.
