Indie Campers is a leading campervan marketplace that aims to make road trips accessible to everyone. With a customer-centric approach and a strong digital presence, we offer a seamless booking experience and high-quality road trips at affordable prices.
Our platform has facilitated over one million nights of rentals, welcoming more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We provide a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the option to purchase one of our vehicles.
The RoleWe're seeking a travel enthusiast with excellent guest service skills to join our team at our depot in Saint Quentin Fallavier - Lyon. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch's Operations Manager, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and addressing any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
- Prepare and clean our campervans;
- Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
- Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
- Address complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
- You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
- You're fluent in English and French (mandatory);
- You're eligible to work in France, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
- You're available to work part-time (25 hours per week);
- You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
- You're a responsible person who takes your work seriously and can be relied upon;
- You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
