About the Role

We are seeking an IT Efficiency Project Manager to join our team, responsible for identifying innovative solutions and developing the applicative landscape to support our business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT Store Efficiency Manager, internal and external solution providers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and validate technical and business requirements with stakeholders
  • Manage project planning and budgeting
  • Follow incidents and define mitigation plans during the hypercare phase
  • Ensure all IT policies related to security and architecture are met
  • Implement core solutions in the defined scope of countries and drive relevant change management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent education/work experience
  • Flexible mindset, happy to work in a changing environment, and willing to take on a broad range of activities
  • Experience in IT service management, service delivery, or agile delivery
  • Culture agile
  • Excellent French and English language skills (spoken and written)
