We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Operations Manager to become a vital part of our team at CLER. In this role, you will oversee various administrative functions and play a key role in enhancing our management systems. Your responsibilities may expand to include additional tasks related to support functions and the development of operational tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management
- Handle vendor invoices, oversee client quotations and billing, budget preparation, and financial oversight.
- Human Resources Management
- Administer payroll, monitor expenses, and manage employee benefits.
- Administrative Oversight
- Supervise fundraising efforts, manage legal documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- IT and Logistics Management
- Oversee digital collaboration platforms, manage IT resources, and handle procurement and contracts.
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for social economy and sustainable energy initiatives
- Familiarity with finance, accounting principles, and cooperative business models
- Proficient in IT applications, especially Odoo
- Excellent organizational abilities and teamwork skills
Employment Conditions:
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Salary: Competitive gross monthly salary plus experience-based bonuses and advancement opportunities
- Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
