L'Union sociale pour l'habitat is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Accommodation Manager to oversee two CADA facilities.
As the Deputy Accommodation Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of these facilities and providing comprehensive support to residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with your team to execute the establishment's project plan effectively.
- Accommodation Management: Define and implement accommodation arrangements tailored to the specific needs of each resident.
- Social and Educational Programming: Develop engaging social and educational activities designed to enrich the lives of asylum seekers at the center.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Oversee a multidisciplinary team of 7 individuals, ensuring consistent practices and internal procedures across all departments.
- Resident Integration and Empowerment: Facilitate refugees' integration into society by providing support in housing, training, and employment opportunities.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the center and lead cross-functional projects to optimize resource allocation.
- External Representation: Represent L'Union sociale pour l'habitat to institutional bodies as required by the Accommodation Director.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a higher education degree in Caferuis/Cafdes and proven experience in social management. Familiarity with institutional partners and the resident demographics is essential. Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach are key to success in this role.
