About the Role:
Dassault Systèmes, a leading provider of virtual universes for innovation, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a team of 7 specialists in revenue accounting, customer claims, and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7 specialists in revenue accounting, customer claims, and billing, with the support of two Team leads.
- Ensure revenue accounting is performed in accordance with IFRS 15, Dassault Systèmes' revenue recognition policy, and local standards.
- Ensure billing is performed in compliance with legal and tax obligations in the countries you are responsible for.
- Ensure all customer claims are processed.
- Ensure internal controls are effective and functioning in accordance with the company's compliance policies, and handle external and internal audit requests.
- Ensure monthly closures are made in accordance with the closure schedule and that accounts are justified and commented in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure service level agreements with internal partners are applied and monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, finance, credit, collections) to support revenue accounting and billing processes, resolve any issues or requests for information.
- As Business Process Owner, participate in and propose improvements to our billing, AR & Revenue processes, intervene in the integration of acquired companies in your geography, and participate in training teams in all our CTC platforms in France, the US, India, and Malaysia on our billing and revenue accounting processes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business school and/or Master's degree in finance or accounting, with at least 8 years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, and AR in a multinational company (IFRS15 GAAP).
- Experience in FP&A and data management.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of more than 5 people.
- Project management: actively participated in transforming processes and tools.
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- A strong appetite for digital transformation.
- Excel mastery is essential.
