This team of learning specialists is responsible for establishing educational methodologies and benchmarks, playing a crucial role in transforming our organization into a hub of learning, while supporting the career development and onboarding of new talent in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a robust cultural foundation.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of instructional design concepts, demonstrate proficiency with digital content creation tools, and exhibit a strong enthusiasm for technology-enhanced education.
The Educational Experience Architect will be tasked with developing captivating and interactive educational experiences that are:
- Engaging – ensuring learners are inspired to complete the entire course
- Effective – delivering essential content in a meaningful manner
- Transformative – enabling learners to gain new skills and knowledge
This role involves close collaboration with Education Program Designers, each focusing on one of five key themes (Sound, Industry, Business, Digital & AI, Human Skills). The Educational Experience Architect will be assigned to specific educational initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and ongoing support.
Needs Assessment & Feedback Management:
- Evaluate learner requirements and preferences to customize digital content
- Develop assessments and feedback systems to gauge educational effectiveness and learner outcomes
- Revise and enhance existing digital learning resources based on feedback and assessment insights
Design and Create Interactive Multimedia Content:
- Craft storyboards and scripts for interactive multimedia educational materials
- Utilize various software tools to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, interactive simulations, and other digital resources
- Oversee the translation of digital content using automated translation tools, ensuring accuracy through expert validation
Collaboration:
- Work closely with education program designers and stakeholders to identify learning needs
- Partner with subject matter experts and education program managers to create engaging and effective educational experiences
- Collaborate with graphic and motion designers to develop advanced visual resources
Contribute to the Evolution of Our Organization as a Learning Entity:
- Facilitate onboarding for education program managers from various teams with limited pedagogical experience
- Assist subject matter experts and stakeholders in understanding their roles in the course development process
- Train educators to excel in their roles across diverse learning formats and experiences
Educational Standards:
- Help define educational standards within our organization
- Stay informed about current trends, technologies, and tools in digital learning
- Ensure all digital learning materials comply with accessibility standards
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Engage in the Development of Our Digital Education Platform Utilizing a 360 Learning Solution:
- Oversee an online digital platform for trainees, trainers, learning designers, and training center managers
- Manage an online community comprising over 14,000 employees, partners, customers, and end-users
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in educational design
- Familiarity with learning theories and instructional design frameworks
- Expertise in digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
- Strong visual design capabilities and the ability to create storyboards
- Proficient in writing effective instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multicultural environment
- Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented
- Excellent didactic approach and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
