Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Forstaff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 9 Commercial Attachés across 6 departments in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and management roles within the agro-food industry
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
