Your Role: Multi-Spindle Turning Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Spindle Turning Assistant to join our afternoon fixed team on a fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent employment. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the production of high-value parts within the automotive and hydraulic sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure meticulous production control, paying close attention to detail.
  • Manage production on traditional machines (Tornos SAS 16 and BS20).
  • Perform basic machine maintenance.
  • Coordinate material supply and chip disposal.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar production management role, demonstrating expertise in precision turning.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a production team environment.
