Your Mission
As a Customer Support Assistant Europe, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and managing sales contracts concluded by our Commercial team
- Recording and ensuring the execution of customer orders
- Managing customer relationships
- Anticipating potential issues or customer dissatisfaction
- Resolving problems collaboratively with customers and the Tereos organization (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance)
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- BTS/DUT in Commerce, Sales, and/or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in Sales Administration, Customer Service, and/or Debt Collection
- Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory; proficiency in German is an asset
- Proficiency in using the SAP tool
- Reactivity, organization, customer service skills, flexibility, teamwork, anticipation, and analytical skills
