Job Description

As a Global Customer Specialist, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager and teams in Asia, Europe, and the Maghreb to ensure the smooth operation of customer relationships. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Manage product development according to defined specifications
  • Supplier Management: Supervise supplier registration and collaborate with operations teams for integration
  • Customer Support: Provide phone or email support, help resolve technical issues, and process orders
  • After-Sales Service: Handle complaints, manage urgent matters, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Customer Support: Participate in customer meetings or phone conferences to support the Key Account Manager

You will interact closely with teams and suppliers across multiple continents to ensure the smooth operation of customer relationships and satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, with international experience, particularly in Asia, Europe, or the Maghreb. You will have excellent English skills, advanced Excel skills, and be comfortable on the phone. You will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural team. You will have experience collaborating with suppliers and resolving technical issues related to orders.
