Job Overview
As a Market Finance Specialist within the Global Securities Settlement division, you will be responsible for monitoring Natixis bond issues and collaborating with third-party providers to ensure seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with legal documentation, including bank issues and syndicated transactions.
- Validate and confirm operations in information systems.
- Monitor the settlement and delivery of transactions on French and international markets.
- Escalate issues to relevant departments and resolve discrepancies with counterparties.
- Perform necessary reconciliations for activity controls.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need advanced training in market finance and solid experience in CIB banking business lines.
