Our operations are divided into four main branches: 'Staff' for administrative sectors, 'Care' for the medical and social fields, 'Missions' for construction, transport logistics, and industrial sectors, along with two recruitment firms 'HC Resources' and 'Nextep HR'. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive suite of HR services, including wage portage, training, assessment, and transition management.
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Social Worker to manage a fully equipped and self-sufficient vehicle aimed at supporting the homeless population within the urban area. This vehicle features essential amenities such as a toilet, shower, and relaxation zones. It operates Monday through Friday from 11 am to 4 pm. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing the vehicle for daily operations
- Welcoming individuals seeking assistance
- Distributing hygiene kits and emergency food supplies
- Facilitating access to hygiene facilities, showers, and counseling services
Candidate Profile:
We are in search of qualified Social Workers or graduates from CIP programs. However, candidates without formal qualifications but possessing experience in working with vulnerable groups (such as migrants and the homeless) are also encouraged to consider this opportunity. Benefits and perks are provided in accordance with the collective agreement. Availability during the summer months is essential.
