Logistics Coordinator

Company Overview:

Welcome to R.A.S Intérim, a leading staffing agency dedicated to providing top talent to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

This is a long-term interim position at one of our client's facilities in Dourdan.

Job Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and loading of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Your duties will include:

• Coordinating with the Logistics Team to prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.

• Loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring that all goods are properly secured and accounted for.

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, and reporting any discrepancies or issues.

• Assisting with inventory management and tracking, including data entry and reporting.

• Utilizing CACES 3 software to manage logistics operations.

Working Conditions:

This is a physically demanding role that requires regular lifting, bending, and standing. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Valid CACES 3 certification.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CACES 3 software.
