Logistics Coordinator Assistant

Job Opportunity:

R.A.S Intérim LES ULIS agency is seeking a Cariste Preparateur/Preparatrice De Commande H/F for one of its clients based in Dourdan.

This long-term interim position offers a unique chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation phase, including printing product identification labels and loading preparation sheets, and prepare shipments by packaging identification, grouping, and making goods available in the shipping area.
• Load trucks and greet drivers, ensuring a smooth and efficient logistics process.
• Receive goods, including physical and computerized receipts, and check ordered products for storage using lifting tools.
• Assist with inventory preparation and use CACES 3 certification to ensure compliance with goods transportation standards.

Working Conditions:

• Morning or afternoon shift, with alternating possibilities to ensure a balanced work schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: starting from 11.95/hr gross, with the possibility of weekly advance payment if needed.

• R.A.S benefits, available after completing hours in the last 12 months within one or more agencies of the R.A.S Intérim network.

Requirements:

• Ensure high-quality and on-time deliveries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Hold valid CACES 3 certification, demonstrating expertise in goods transportation standards.
• Display strong dynamism and teamwork skills to support the development of the new warehouse.
• Knowledge of goods transportation standards and ability to use computer tools, including Microsoft Office and internal tools.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to carry loads as part of the job.
