About the Position
We are seeking a Test Maintenance and Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all test maintenance activities and ensuring the stability of our applications throughout the release cycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Be accountable for specific aCRS components, either directly or by delegation.
- Involve in setting the component vision.
- Ensure components evolve appropriately, considering NFR/Quality throughout the process.
- Maintain and track the component servicing backlog (with production maintenance).
- Ensure systematic monitoring and alerting on new features delivered.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT, including software development, product analysis, quality assurance, project management, or related fields.
- Experience leading and coordinating teams across sites/geography.
- Strong skills in influencing and communication.
- Quality assurance (QA) and process improvement mindset.
- Ability and willingness to understand both the technical and functional aspects of scope of work.
