Our organization comprises a dedicated team of 750 professionals across 170 locations, both domestically and internationally, generating a turnover of 300 MEUR. Our operations are divided into four key sectors: administrative support, medical-social services, general tasks, and recruitment services (HC Resources and Domino Consulting). Additionally, we provide a variety of HR services, including wage portage, training, assessments, and transition management.
Role Overview:
- Support individuals in their daily living activities
- Ensure personal hygiene, comfort, and preventive care (including assistance with bathing and changing)
- Facilitate meal times and nutrition
- Assist with morning and evening routines
- Engage residents in recreational activities (such as conversations and games)
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Oversee medical equipment and communicate with nursing staff
- Assess the overall well-being of residents
- Administer prescribed medications and report any unusual symptoms
- Serve meals and snacks according to dietary needs or medical guidelines
- Encourage regular position changes for comfort
- Contribute to health promotion by offering hygiene advice
Job Specifications:
