LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm specializing in the placement of experts, managers, and executives, is seeking a Manager of Production and Methods (H/F) for a permanent position.
In this role, you will report directly to the Site Manager and will be responsible for leading and supervising operator teams, overseeing both warehouse and production operations, and managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives in accordance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in establishing production targets related to costs, timelines, quality, and quantity, while developing monitoring indicators to assess performance.
- Organize, implement, optimize, and oversee production processes in alignment with strategic objectives and industrial policies. Contribute to enhancing production capabilities and product/process innovations.
- Lead and manage teams of operators and technicians, ensuring operational management is conducted effectively to maximize profitability and productivity.
- Oversee the entire production cycle from the receipt of goods to final delivery.
- Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and spearhead HSE initiatives within the organization.
- Design and supervise delivery processes, manage operational personnel, and plan team compositions while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulations.
Compensation: Annual gross salary ranging from 40k€ to 50k€.
Work Environment and Benefits:
- Small enterprise within the aerospace sector.
- Position: Manager.
- Work with rotating shifts (3/8 teams).
Minimum educational requirement of Bac + 2 in a technical discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing industrial production.
Essential Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HSE tools and practices.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong managerial abilities: capacity to unite teams and foster their engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening and teamwork.
- Adaptability to changing environments.
- Strong organizational skills.
