Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our boutique store in Paris. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including personnel management, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales associates and provide training and development opportunities
- Oversee visual merchandising and store displays to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, banking, and inventory management
- Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard and that all health and safety procedures are followed
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
