We are working with an international energy trading house seeking an experienced energy commodities trader to join their team in Geneva. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the European trading space and a proven ability to business develop both for procurement and sales.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for managing a self-sourced portfolio and expanding activities across a range of existing customers.
- Liaise with clients on new inquiries and provide exceptional quality of service to both existing and prospective customers.
- Develop business opportunities both internationally and domestically in the European space.
- Report PnL figures for the trading team.
- Reports directly to the Company Chairman.
- 5-8 years of experience as a physical energy commodities trader.
- Active knowledge of the European trading space.
- Proven ability to business develop both for procurement and sales.
- Knowledge of the European trading markets in the commodity.
- Located in Geneva.
