Assistant Event Manager F/H

Job Summary:

Live Nation is seeking an Assistant Event Manager F/H to join our team. As an Assistant Event Manager, you will assist in planning and organizing various events, including concert activations, festivals, and brand events. You will coordinate logistical aspects of events, such as venue bookings, transport, and accommodation. You will also participate in defining material and personnel needs for events and assist in writing recommendations for tender requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event Organization and Planning:
    • Assist the Event Manager in planning and organizing various events.
    • Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including venue bookings, transport, and accommodation.
    • Participate in defining material and personnel needs for events.
    • Assist in writing recommendations for tender requirements.
    • Help manage registrations and invitations.
    • Participate in debriefing meetings and propose improvements for future events.
  2. Media & Communication:
    • Coordinate external communication strategy to maximize announcement impact and develop public & press relations.
    • Deliver communication tools, including press releases, posters, print and web adaptations, radio and TV spots.
    • Optimize internal communication to facilitate team exchanges.
    • Monitor media operations and implement contest operations.
    • Collect and send assets to agents, labels, and stakeholders.
    • Follow up with artists and stakeholders, relaunch and report.
    • Manage the guest list in coordination with management, follow up and distribute accreditation quotas.
    • Collaborate with Live Nation ticketing for asset delivery and ticketing promotions.
    • Oversee the creation, printing, and delivery of advertising campaigns.
  3. Digital Communication:
    • Collaborate with the Event Manager and Community Manager to create and edit newsletters, including promotions and press releases.
    • Support digital strategy.
    • Conduct competitive monitoring and sourcing.
  4. Administrative and Budget Management:
    • Assist in preparing and monitoring event budgets.
    • Ensure administrative follow-up, including invoices, quotes, and contracts.
    • Update databases of participants and contacts.
  5. Operational Support on Event Day:
    • Coordinate teams on-site.
    • Ensure the event schedule is respected.
    • Be the point of contact for participants, providers, and partners during the event.

Profile Sought:

Education: Bac +2/3 minimum in communication, event management, marketing, design, or any other relevant field in the event sector.

Experience: First internship in the event management field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in computer tools, including Office Suite and event management software.
  • Curious about new technologies and social networks, proactive and resourceful.

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and availability, including evening and weekend work.

Internship Compensation: According to legal basis for full-time + 50% meal vouchers.
