Job Overview

VILMORIN-MIKADO is seeking an International HR Assistant to support the global Human Resources team in various exciting projects such as training, talent development, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive mapping of training programs implemented over the past three years
  • Summarize budgeted training across the entire scope
  • Contribute to the development of strategic training initiatives as part of Ambition 2030
  • Map schools and define action priorities to strengthen partnerships
  • Provide operational support for international mobility and talent management processes

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English is imperative
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Rigor, curiosity, and autonomy
  • Good interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration

Work Environment

The position is based at the French headquarters of Vilmorin-Mikado in La Ménitré, near Angers (49), for a period of 6 months, starting from September 2024. The municipality is served by train.
