Market Intelligence Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Senior Manager to contribute to our Offer & Product strategy linked to construction and building materials' markets with a focus on Gypsum and Insulation.
Key Responsibilities:- Define, prioritize, and propose actions that will have the most impact on building up and structuring knowledge on construction markets and its market segments – globally and regionally.
- Build up/structuring knowledge on markets by identifying and tracking latest developments, trends, and news, following and structuring information on market actors, analyzing competitors' major moves, and providing information on impacts/risks on our businesses.
- Support countries and business units with on-demand services by organizing and executing ad hoc Market research, identifying and sharing relevant information/insights across diverse target audiences, and accompanying voluntary countries in setting up their local market knowledge and market research.
- Be an ambassador and proactively promote Market Intelligence within the company by creating an internal network, improving market knowledge to countries, being an active actor, and creating understanding of the importance of market knowledge through use cases and best practice sharing.
- Manage and develop Watch Platforms by managing development of tools, providing continuous feedback and suggestions to suppliers, managing relationships with suppliers, promoting tools to onboard local business units, and developing necessary internal tools based on their demand.
- Business/Marketing/Engineer (min. MSc level)
- 10 years of experience in the industrial sector, including 5 years in areas such as market intelligence, strategic marketing, or planning
- Construction market and its ecosystem knowledge (desirable)
- Fluent English and French speaking, other languages are a plus
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus
- Curious and passionate about deep market knowledge
- Business-oriented, with a delivery & service mindset
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication both in oral and written communication
- Cross-cultural skills
- Team player – cooperating and networking with a large group of people
