Within the Security Specialists division, we seek enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and credible sales professionals who are driven to identify and secure strategic opportunities that provide comprehensive security insights, generate substantial customer value, and facilitate transformative outcomes for clients. As a Security Specialist, you will engage with clients to assess their cybersecurity requirements and propose optimal solutions from Microsoft's extensive range of products and services. Your role will involve crafting secure digital transformation strategies in collaboration with various stakeholders within the client’s ecosystem to enhance their security posture.

You will lead consultative discussions with clients and work alongside internal teams and partners to plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive security initiatives, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.

- Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, accompanied by at least 6 years of relevant experience.

- Or a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.

- At least 4 years of experience in solution or services sales.

Responsibilities

- Sales Execution: Facilitate secure digital transformation across various workloads, collaborating with a virtual team to evaluate customer needs and proactively develop external stakeholder strategies to expedite deal closures, drive consumption, and enhance licensing transactions with both existing and prospective clients.

- Collaboration and Scaling: Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive security initiatives, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling.

- Technical Proficiency: Lead discussions on end-to-end security, sharing best practices and competitive insights across solution areas, while assessing opportunities for pursuit or withdrawal.

- Exhibit exceptional operational excellence, including accurate forecasting, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy, and managing opportunities effectively.

- Demonstrated success in acquiring new sales and customers through innovative strategies, leveraging partnership events, social selling, and networking.

- Experience with enterprise-level clients in cloud and security technologies, including Identity and Access Management, Threat Protection, Data Protection, and Cloud Security, along with familiarity with industry standards.

- Sales Excellence: Strategically manage accounts within the designated territory, conducting business analysis to target high-potential customers and oversee the end-to-end security business in the assigned area. Complete necessary training and obtain relevant product and role certifications aligned with the position and industry.

- Sales and Technology: Consistently exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, showcasing proven sales and partner management experience, competing effectively for new market share, and delivering compelling presentations to business decision-makers.
