The Group Risk Management department (RSQ) is seeking to enhance its Cybersecurity team (CISO) with the addition of a:

Vulnerability Management Specialist H/F

Key Responsibilities:
The Cybersecurity team, consisting of 14 internal members under the supervision of the Group CISO, is responsible for defining and implementing the information systems security strategy across the entire CNP Assurances group, including both domestic and international subsidiaries (15 subsidiaries with decentralized information systems and diverse situations).
The team is supported by approximately ten external full-time equivalents.
Within the Cybersecurity team at CNP Assurances and reporting directly to the Group CISO, your primary responsibilities will include:
Monitoring Group Vulnerabilities
#Identify and assess vulnerabilities on the exposed surface:
· Manage various programs (BugBounty YesWeHack, Ambionics, Bitsight, Hardenize, Security Scorecard), including liaising with hunters and the legal department
· Analyze alert reports
· Qualify vulnerabilities
· Communicate with relevant project teams
· Conduct technological watch on IT vulnerabilities
#Track and prioritize vulnerabilities using the Hackuity tool, manage action plans, and ensure the remediation of identified vulnerabilities
#Oversee exposed websites on the Internet: analyze URLs for monitoring, select appropriate solutions

Threat Intelligence and Incident Management
#Analyze threats using various sources (CERT/SOC alerts, Recorded Future, CyberAngel) and identify issues such as typosquatting, data leaks (credentials, source code, personal data), and brand impersonation
#Ensure the takedown of sites in collaboration with the legal department
#Monitor all security events and incidents, presenting findings monthly to DPO services, internal audit, and risk management

Awareness and Training on Security Issues
#Participate in security events (cyber month, cyber cafés, escape games...) and periodic training campaigns (theme selection, module testing) in collaboration with the Awareness team
#Propose themes for phishing campaigns (at least 4 annually)
#Ensure proper execution of user account access certifications
#Draft user guides for tools and provide occasional support to colleagues in their usage

Reporting and Consolidation
#Lead the production of monthly indicators: develop timelines, engage various contributors (from the team, IT department, subsidiaries, third parties), consolidate contributions while ensuring clarity and consistency
#Produce reporting sections related to the scope of responsibilities

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT department, including initial experience in defensive cybersecurity.

You should possess a solid understanding of information security challenges and issues. You are proactive, meticulous, and eager to learn.

You will be able to interact with:

· Diverse experts (internal and external, technical and business-oriented) from various continents (primarily Europe and Latin America) in a diplomatic manner

· Novices in a pedagogical way

You have a strong knowledge of:

· Information security risks (including cloud, AI...)

· Regulations concerning information security

· Mechanisms for IT protection (prevention, detection, remediation)

· The Mitre Att&ck framework and the main cyber attack methods

You are familiar with the CNP Assurances environment, particularly its IT tools.

Finally, you are proficient in English (B2+/C1 with technical vocabulary), and ideally, a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Greek).
