About the Role

ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steel producer, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Solution Architect - Data to join its Global R&D organization. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the design, build, and maintenance of Azure environments supporting R&D projects and participation in the company's cloud strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement R&D Azure environments and governance
  • Participate in ArcelorMittal Group-wide cloud and multi-cloud strategy
  • Manage a data program from an architectural perspective and ensure future maintenance
  • Design cloud environments for R&D based on its requirements
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments
  • Collaborate with technology team members to complete projects
  • Create cloud-based applications that are efficient and secure
  • Convert technical or non-technical requirements into suitable architecture
  • Ensure cloud solutions and operations management are reliable
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in cloud computing
  • Define and implement action plans after internal and external cloud audits
  • Support FinOps implementation
  • Define and maintain high levels of cybersecurity
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • Experience working with Microsoft Cloud Platform and Data &/OR AI
  • Azure Certifications as AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Nice to have certifications: Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications
  • Knowledge in Docker, containerization technology, orchestration like Kubernetes
  • Experiences in MS Datalake, MS Fabric, Databricks, DataCatalog (Pureview or Unity)
  • Project Management skills. Result-oriented
  • Languages: French, English are mandatory
  • Any other European language (as Spanish) would be an advantage
