About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Solution Architect - Data to join ArcelorMittal Global R&D. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the design, build, and maintenance of Azure environment, that are supporting R&D projects and the participation to ArcelorMittal Group wide Cloud strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement R&D Azure Environment: Responsible for designing and implementing R&D Azure environment and governance.
  • Cloud Strategy and Governance: Act as the voice of R&D CIO at ArcelorMittal Group level to participate to Cloud and MultiCloud strategy.
  • Data Program Management: Manage a Data program, from Architecture perspective and future maintenance.
  • Cloud Environment Design: Design the cloud environment for the R&D based on its requirements.
  • Cloud Environment Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the cloud environment.
  • Collaboration and Project Delivery: Collaborate with other technology team members to complete projects.
  • Cloud-Based Application Development: Create cloud-based applications that are efficient and secure.
  • Technical Requirements Conversion: Convert the technical or non-technical requirements of projects into suitable architecture.
  • Cloud Solutions and Operations Management: Ensure cloud solutions and operations management are reliable.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Cloud Technologies: Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in cloud computing.
  • Cloud Audit and Compliance: Define and implement action plan after internal and external Cloud audit.
  • FinOps Implementation: Support FinOps implementation.
  • Cybersecurity: Define and maintain high level of Cybersecurity.
About You
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • Cloud Platform Experience: Experience working with Microsoft Cloud Platform and Data &/OR AI.
  • Azure Certifications: Azure Certifications as AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Desirable Certifications: Nice to have certifications: Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge in Docker, containerization technology, orchestration like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Data Platforms: Experiences in MS Datalake, MS Fabric, Databricks, DataCatalog (Pureview or Unity).
  • Project Management Skills: Participate in change management and training management of users.
  • Language Skills: Languages: French, English are mandatory.
  • Additional Language Skills: Any other European language (as Spanish) would be an advantage.
