We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer F/H to join our team at Axians Outsourcing Paris. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our system information services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of externalized system information supervision.
- Ensure that system performance, availability, and security meet established standards.
- Monitor and coordinate the resolution of incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure optimal resolution times.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal DSI teams and the external service provider.
- Foster transparent and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Develop periodic reports on service supervision performance.
- Analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure internal teams are trained on optimal use of the service supervision.
- Raise awareness of best practices and security measures.
- Regularly evaluate the quality of services provided by the external service provider.
- Implement continuous improvement processes.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Engineering).
- Proficiency in English.
- Confirmed experience in managing externalized services related to system information supervision.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- In-depth knowledge of incident and request management processes.
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting supervision data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- In-depth understanding of IT security issues.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- Relevant ITIL certifications will be an asset.
